This is for mamas who:

Desire hands-on guidance
Whats included:

At least 2 months of pregnancy support, including continuous text/call support and 2 in-person visits tailored to you
-
On-call starting at 38 weeks
-
1–2 hours of support immediately after delivery
-
At least 2 months of postpartum support, including continuous text/call support and 2 in-person visits to help you transition into life with your baby
-
Extra months of support can be added to pregnancy and/or postpartum if you want more coverage

Here’s how it works:

Instead of in-person visits, we connect via Zoom. Each call is customized to what you need—no cookie-cutter formula here.

I’m on-call starting at 38 weeks, ready to clear my schedule to support you throughout labor and delivery—virtually.

We’ll communicate via text, phone, or FaceTime so I can guide you on when to head to the hospital, laboring and pushing positions to try, and advocating for yourself—even over the phone!


Birth Prep Blueprint – $325
This is perfect for mamas who:

Aren’t ready to hire a doula but want a little extra guidance on birth planning and prep

Are on the hunt for a doula but want to start preparing intentionally now

Crave personalized guidance, actionable steps, and tangible blueprints

Three 45-minute coaching calls via Zoom tailored to you
